Are you passionate about progressive causes and ready to take action? We're hiring Visibility Canvassers for a short-term campaign in Anaheim, California. This is a two-day opportunity to make a difference by engaging the public and showing strong, visible support for a cause that aligns with our core values of equity, justice, and democracy.
What You'll Do:
Hold signs, pass out literature, and represent the campaign in high-traffic areas
Engage with the public about the campaign's mission and goals
Create a positive, welcoming presence that energizes and informs the community
Follow campaign guidelines and safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
Commitment to progressive values
Friendly, reliable, and energetic attitude
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Based in or able to travel to Anaheim, CA
Details: This is a temporary, two day position
All materials and training will be provided
Must be available for both full days of the action

A prospective 2026 campaign in Central Florida is hiring a Field Director to lead its field and volunteer program. This is a hands-on role, especially in the early months, with responsibilities ranging from direct volunteer organizing to staffing the candidate and planning events. As the campaign grows, the Organizing Director will manage a team and oversee the full voter contact program.
This is a good fit for someone with previous staff management experience and two cycles of organizing or campaign work.

We are seeking a motivated Political Operations Intern to support both our campaign's donor research and office management, as well as assist with social media and digital outreach This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in fundraising, research, and campaign administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, and eager to contribute to the behind-the-scenes work that fuels impactful advocacy.
Compensation & Details
Pay: $1,500–$2,000 per month, depending on experience.
Location: In-person; must be located in Albuquerque, NM or within driving distance.
Start Date: TBD, with a minimum commitment of 6 months.

This role is ideal for individuals committed to grassroots organizing, voter engagement, and building strong relationships with constituents. Organizers will work in diverse communities, ensuring that supporters are informed, engaged, and motivated to take action.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $3,000/month.
Health Insurance Stipend Provided.
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: June 2025.
Location: There are multiple positions available in various areas across New Mexico. To be determined closer to the start date and based on applicants proximity to offices.

Recruiting and training volunteers to support campaign goals
Staffing the candidate at events and helping coordinate logistics
Managing voter contact programs including doors, phones, and texting
Hiring, training, and managing organizers as the campaign scales
Tracking progress using tools like VAN and adjusting plans as needed
Building relationships with community leaders and supporters
Qualifications:
Experience managing staff or volunteer teams
At least two campaigns working in field or organizing
Strong communication and planning skills
Willingness to do direct volunteer organizing in the campaign's early phase
Comfort working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with VAN and similar voter contact tools
Access to reliable transportation
Experience building a program from scratch and familiarity with Central Florida is a plus, but not required.
